3 ply. 24” kick, 16” floor, 13” rack. Beautiful sound.
1962 vintage Slingerland kit in Champaign sparkle finish. Standard sizes: 22" kick, 13" rack tom, 16" floor, matching 5" deep wood snare not pictured. Records very well.
Probably from the early 70's, I recovered these from my high school. Japanese copy of 60's style Ludwig drums. 12" rack tom, 16" floor tom and 20" kick drum.
5" deep. Most recorded snare drum in history. Blue and olive badge.
Built by El Studio’s very own, Phil Becker.
Ubiquitous 80's Ludwig 22" kick. Thicker shell than most vintage drums gives this kick more attack. Works well with a single head for a quicker decay.
Converted for use in a drum kit. BOOM!
Single head, no shell, tunable by rotating the rim. Very cutting if not hilarious sound.
John Bonham used this model on Led Zeppelin I, FWIW.
If that's what you're into.
